These are anti-oxidants and help in prevention of dandruff and stops hair from drying. Vitamin C is especially important to maintain the circulation in the scalp. It helps to maintain the capillaries that carry blood to the follicle. Similarly Vitamin E helps in increasing oxygen uptake and helps scalp circulation. But all these vitamins are to be supplied in an adequate proportion, because inappropriate intake or excessive intake may cause different results. Excessive intake of these medicines can damage the hair also.
Vitamins are necessary for preventing untimely hair loss. But that’s does not mean going market and buying bunch of vitamin tablets and taking them. Always try to take any kind of dose from your food because it is more healthy and proper. Be it vitamin or protein choose these from your diet.
Thus it is recommended that prefect balance should be maintained while preparing the diet chart so that every nutritious element are supplied in appropriate proportion and nothing in excess is consumed. Now the fact is that our hair not only needs a good nutritious diet, but also it needs some protection from outside. As we all know that our hair gets directly exposed to dirt and pollution the moment we step out of our house and at the same time we need to keep an eye on that also. It needs a regular shampoo every alternate day for keeping our hair free from dirt and pollution. And along with that is needed proper conditioning of the hair. Conditioning makes the hair soft, silky and tangle free, along with forming a layer on the hair, which reduces the roughness of the hair.
