Even the major fast food joints now have relatively healthy and nutritious salads and other fare. These are a far better choice than a burger covered in fatty cheese, sauces, and deep fried potatoes with extra salt on them.</p>
<p> Drinks are another issue. Instead of soda full of absurd amounts of sugar or artificial sweeteners, try drinking water or low fat milk with meals. Avoid endless coffee, and several drinks at night, at least most of the time.</p>
<p> Eat plenty of fresh fruits and vegetables, and supplement with a multi-vitamin. Try to eat a variety of foods each day to get a variety of minerals, vitamins, and proteins. You can eat supposedly &#8216;unhealthy foods&#8217; as long as it&#8217;s in moderation &#8211; I certainly do.</p>
<p> Your body will thank you in the long run if you feed it well. It will have the essential building blocks it needs for hair which just may make a significant swing in the pendulum of your hair loss, perhaps slowing it or even reversing it. You have nothing to lose. Worst case your hair loss will continue, but you&#8217;ll look and feel better!</p>
